The House
Located in a millenary building just three kilometers from Puigcerdà, Cal Marrufès is the ideal proposal for your stay in la Cerdanya.
History
With traditional characteristics of the Cerdanya region, the house was built around the s. IX. Until the s. XVIII, its activity focused on the cultivation of cereals and sheep farming. From then until its remodeling, the activity turned towards cattle and horses.
Project
In 1993, he started a family project to rehabilitate the building. By preserving the stone and the original structure, Cal Marrufès has maintained its essence. The stone walls and carefully preserved well in the dining room are the soul of the house and provide visitors with a local experience.
The house also has a classic garden area typical of La Cerdanya: a welcoming space to discover the history of the region from the heart of its valley. Subsequently, Cal Sanaire, the space that houses the Cal Marrufès apartments, was also remodeled.
Services
The house has a dining room where breakfast is served (included in the price). It also has ski storage, bicycle storage and private parking.
